How DLC Legal supports your business

We act as your virtual in-house lawyers, so you get senior, sector savvy support that fits how your business actually operates.

Virtual or embedded legal partner: We work alongside your executives, board, sales and project teams so legal is built in, not bolted on to your operations.

Fractional GC model: Flexible hours and subscriptions that scale with your pipeline, from key tenders through to steady state contract management.

Sector expertise: Deep experience in defence, cybersecurity, health, mining and Australian manufacturing, with a focus on government and major enterprise buyers.

Procurement and contracts focus: End to end support across strategy, drafting, negotiation and governance for high value, high risk deals.

We are passionate about business. In fact, most of our practitioners have experience standing up, running and even selling their own businesses. Others will claim excellent business acumen, but we truly bring our business pragmatism to your table.
